Wayne Rooney was furious with Sam Allardyce after being substituted early in Everton’s goalless draw with Liverpool.
The former Manchester United forward struggled to make his mark for Everton in central midfield and Allardyce decided to replace him with Idrissa Gueye after just 57 minutes.
And Rooney made his unhappiness clear as he walked towards the Everton dugout.
Sam Allardyce had his hand outstretched towards Rooney but the 32-year-old blanked his manager and continued to walk towards the bench.
Rooney then snatched a jacket from an Everton coach before taking his seat.
