Harry Kane was delighted to equal Alan Shearer’s record for the most Premier League goals in a calendar year during Tottenham’s 3-0 win over Burnley.
The England international scored all three of Spurs’ goals as they clinched an emphatic win over Sean Dyche’s Clarets to move above Burnley and rivals Arsenal into fifth.
Kane broke the deadlock at Turf Moor with a penalty before doubling Tottenham’s lead after half-time, beating goalkeeper Nick Pope from close-range.
