Eden Hazard has urged Chelsea to not sign a new striker in the January transfer window.

The Premier League champions are looking to sign a player to provide competition for Alvaro Morata, who is without a goal in his last six appearances.

Michy Batshuayi could also be allowed to leave on loan this month having failed to secure a regular role under Antonio Conte.

Chelsea have held talks with Roma over a potential deal for Edin Dzeko, while Stoke City’s Peter Crouch and Burnley’s Ashley Barnes are also reportedly on the club’s striker shortlist.
